A private place for the things you want to remember.
Like the photo albums we used to fill, but for the funny, sweet and
beautiful moments of your life, with their photos, videos and voice
memos. Except this one doesn’t wait on a shelf. It brings your
moments back to you.
Almost there. Check your email and confirm to join the waitlist.
No spam. We’ll only email you when One Thing launches.

First night in Paris. The tower started sparkling right on the hour and the whole riverbank cheered.

Croissant class this morning. Mine came out lopsided and still tasted perfect.

Lifeguard stand, life preserver, and instantly the Baywatch theme in my head. The clouds rolled in over Big Rock and the whole beach went quiet and silver.
What you get
Not a journal. An album that remembers for you.
Think of the photo albums we used to fill, then pull off the shelf now and then. One Thing keeps your moments the same way, with their photos, videos and voice memos. The difference is you never have to go looking: your moments come back to you on their own.
Keep
Keep it the way it happened.
Add the photos, a video, or a voice memo of the waves, so a moment holds everything that made it. Say where you were and what kind of moment it was. It takes about fifteen seconds, and nothing is too small.
Up to three photos, videos or voice memos on each moment
Add a place by name, or find it on the map

Your moments come back to you.
On This Day brings back what you kept on this date in earlier years, right at the top of your Today screen. Nothing to schedule and nothing to go looking for. A year from now, tonight shows up on its own.

Reflect
See what your days are made of.

Look Back
Your whole year, in one story.
When the year ends, your best moments come back as a short story you page through like an album: the kinds of moments you kept, the photos worth seeing again, the places you went. Keep it to yourself, or share it with the people who were there.

Questions
Before you download
Is One Thing a journal?
Not really. It’s closer to a photo album for the moments you want to remember. There’s no streak to keep and no need to write every day. When something happens, you add it with a few words and any photos, video or voice memo that go with it. And you don’t have to go looking. One Thing brings those moments back to you on the same date in later years, in Reflections, and in your Look Back at the end of each year.
Who can see what I keep?
Only you. There’s no One Thing account, no feed and no followers. If you turn on sync, your moments are stored in your own private iCloud, and we can’t read them. Read the privacy policy for the details.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your plan starts and Apple charges your Apple ID. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends in your iPhone’s Settings and you won’t be charged.
What if I stop subscribing?
Your moments stay yours. You can still read and export everything you kept. Subscribe again whenever you like to keep adding new moments.
How do gift codes work?
A gift is one year of One Thing, bought once, that doesn’t renew. You get a code to share however you like. The person you give it to redeems it in the App Store, with no name or email involved.
