Common questions

Do I need an account? No. One Thing has no login. Everything you write stays on your device.

What happens if I don't subscribe after the trial? Nothing you've written is ever locked away. You can still view, search, and export every entry — subscribing unlocks writing new ones.

How does iCloud sync work? It's optional and off by default. If you turn it on, your entries sync to your own private iCloud account — never to us.

How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel anytime.
